We own more than 120 plots of land on the Pelješac Peninsula, with a total area of over 930,000 square meters. Most of the plots are located in the cadastral municipalities of Zaton Doli and Ston.Currently, three very attractive and exclusive plots are for sale:
- “Maslina Bay (Zec)” in Ston Bay – 216,904 square meters – Cadastral plot (c.p.) 1276/1 – Cadastral municipality (c.m.) Zaton Doli – Beautiful beach with private access, 140 meters in length – Ideal plot for the construction of a marina (port for nautical tourism). Possible construction of seven luxury villas, each up to 400 square meters (0.098 acre) with an additional underground/basement unit of up to 1,000 square meters (0.247 acre) (for a wine cellar or similar). - Island “Veliki Školj” in Mali Ston Bay – 20,085 square meters – Cadastral plot 1571, Cadastral municipality Zaton Doli – A private island offering complete privacy, ideal for a glamping resort or exclusive day rentals for various events, etc. There is a small stone house built before 1968 on the island, as well as a freshwater spring inside a cave. Construction of a stone house is possible, either with a certain number of planted olive trees or a registered oyster farm.
- “Bošak” Ston – 107,055 square meters – Cadastral plot (c.p.) 2095, Cadastral municipality (c.m.) Ston – The plot is located entirely within the Ston Walls, with its own separate entrance gate. There is an old stone house from 1968 and a well, both available for reconstruction. The land is also ideal for a cable car route, zipline, or other tourist attractions, as well as the construction of a themed and interactive park for tourists (“Walkthrough the History of the Dubrovnik Republic and Ston”), with the possibility of obtaining non-refundable EU funding. It is also possible to build three luxury villas, each up to 400 square meters (0.098 acre), with each villa also having up to 1,000 square meters (0.247 acre) of underground/basement space (e.g., for a wine cellar), alongside planted olive trees, grapes, or other crops, with a registered family farm.
